Let it be known that Morgan was our server on today's date April 16th 2025 located on the patio section at the Earl's on Broadway. We wereserved as she was fantastic the food was very fast and the drinks were exceptional. Oh definitely be coming back for sure. Oh I'm free to our parking what more could you want

Picture this: it’s a Friday night in Vancouver after a beautiful hot day. Everyone is thinking the same thing - Earl’s Late Happy Hour. We show up and Earls is jammed. Sophie, an angel, gets NINE of us into a table (somehow). We have a great night, we’re well fed and watered. We go home happy and wanting to return to see Sophie again. The end.

Great place. We had my wife birthday celebration, and the food was amazing. Very good atmosphere and good service. Would definitely visit this place again.

We had the absolute best experience at Earls thanks to our amazing server, Riley! We came to celebrate one of our girlfriends, and Riley went above and beyond to make it special. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely accommodating the entire time. From perfectly timed check-ins to helping us navigate the menu with great recommendations, he made sure everything ran smoothly. His energy was warm and welcoming, and he honestly felt like part of the celebration. If you’re lucky enough to get Riley as your server, you’re in for a great night. Thanks again, Riley you were incredible!

I came in for basic diner breakfast but what I got was gourmet breakfast! The flavors were incredible and the attention to detail on my plate was truly stood out. The crispy potato pave is a must try! Great location and service as well!

Riley was a fantastic server who displayed outstanding courtesy, kindness, and dedication to his role and provided extra care in providing accommodations for my food allergies. The food was impeccably delicious and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and welcoming. I am so grateful for this experience and will definitely come again! UPDATE: Another courteous gesture that is a testament to Riley’s considerate service!! One of the desserts I had ordered nearly had an allergen contained in it but Riley immediately switched it out for a delicious cheese cake. I am so impressed by the service here and will recommend to anyone else!

I’ve been going to Earls for over 23 years and know the brand well—but Jordyn’s service was exceptional and truly made this visit stand out. It was my friend’s first time at Earls, and thanks to Jordyn, it turned into one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, she went above and beyond. We attended this location yesterday evening. All our dinner arrived at the same time however, my steak was well done rather than the medium rare that i ordered. The order was promptly replaced and apologies were expressed by my server and manager Stefan. I must say, the way the staff handle my situation was outstanding. i’m easy to please and for years have thought customer service was dead, but i was wrong. This place has the best staff, excellent service and only the top management team. Go here for your next event or simple night out!
